How Simurox reaches a number.

Every approval or success rate Simurox shows carries its basis, and the two are not interchangeable.

• Model estimate — derived from published requirements, destination difficulty, and your profile. It is a structured expectation, not a measurement, and it is what you will see most of the time.
• Observed cohort — blended with real outcomes from comparable Simurox cases. Simurox will not call anything observed below five cases, and it states the sample size when it does.

Anything without a stated basis should be read as a model estimate. A number with no provenance is a number you should not act on — including one of ours.

A Pathway Verdict lists its own sources: official government and institution facts, policy snapshots with the date they were captured, your uploaded documents, and Simurox’s eligibility engine. When a required official fact is missing or stale, the verdict says so and its confidence drops rather than quietly filling the gap.

Each verdict carries a tamper-evidence hash, and where the signing service is reachable, a signed decision dossier. When it is not reachable, the verdict is marked an unsigned pre-check instead of pretending otherwise.

The claim checker matches text against a versioned catalogue of patterns and cross-checks claimed fees and timelines against official figures. It is a pattern screen, not a verdict on any person or business.

A flag is a reason to verify independently, not an accusation — legitimate agents occasionally use pressured phrasing. A clean result is not a clearance: a competent fraud reads perfectly. And an institution Simurox has never heard of is an absence of information, which is why that appears as a note rather than a red flag.

• How a specific officer will decide. Nobody can tell you that, and anyone who says they can is describing a scam.
• Whether an agent is honest. Simurox can check claims against official data and known patterns. It cannot vouch for a person, and it does not publish rankings of named agents built from unverified reports.
• Everything about every country. Official-fact coverage varies by destination and goal. Where coverage is thin, Simurox shows the gap instead of estimating over it.
• What happens after policy changes. Snapshots carry a capture date, and a stale snapshot is flagged rather than treated as current.
